Daniel Chang is the founder and president of Paving Roads Financial Strategies and Insurance Solutions. He graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Business Administration. He began working in the financial services industry in 2009 right after graduating from college.

Daniel is currently (2022) a Court of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table, qualifying since 2013. He's qualified for New York Life's Chairman Council award since 2020. He’s part of Nautilus Group; an exclusive membership-based resource accessible to an elite group of approximately 200 experienced insurance and financial industry leaders who are firmly committed to a team planning concept. He also currently serves as a New York Life Political Involvement Leader who helps educate elected officials about New York Life and it’s public policy agenda.

Daniel is married to his best friend from church, Lydia, and they have 2 children together (Adeline and Elijah). In his free time, Daniel regularly enjoys overlanding, camping, snowboarding, volunteering, as well as all things weather.

Client Services Representative, Cathy Tsai, joined Paving Roads Financial Strategies and Insurance Solutions in 2017.

She had previously been working at a large insurance agency handling various insurance cases and claims. Cathy is meticulous with client needs and ensures all client conversations revolve around making sure all our client needs and questions are answered.

She has a wonderful work ethic; a fastidious personality, and is a valuable member of our team.

In her free time, Cathy enjoys volunteering, drinking tea, and traveling to new places.

Paraplanner Representative, Tiffany Yen, joined Paving Roads Financial Strategies and Insurance Solutions in 2019.

She had previously been working with physicians and providers in contract consultation. Tiffany quickly settled into her role as our team's paraplanner and her attention to detail has absolutely been instrumental to improving our client experience.

Tiffany assists Daniel and Cathy in all service matters that relate to investments and financial planning.

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys learning new hobbies such as gardening and meditation.
